Our mission

Standing still is like taking a step backwards – that’s why we continually do further training. This means we are always up to date in our specialist area. We use our knowledge and expertise to give you just what you need for the situation you are in. For example, we can create an individual exercise programme for you which combines strength, fitness and coordination.


We greatly value personal contact with our patients. That is why we ensure, where possible, that you always have the same therapist.


And finally, we love to see you motivated to take more exercise after your therapy, whether outdoors, in a club or with one of our training groups.
