Patients with accident or health insurance

After your doctor has prescribed physiotherapy, ring to make an appointment with one of our qualified physiotherapists.

Your series of treatments, at a maximum of 9 sessions, will be charged to your health or accident insurer. At the end of the series we send the invoice directly to your health or accident insurer, after which you receive an invoice from your health insurer for the deductible amount.

Further treatment

If it turns out that 9 treatment sessions are not sufficient, you will – in consultation with us – contact your doctor in order to clarify how the treatment should proceed. Depending on the situation, we can also do this for you. In most cases, your doctor will now receive an interim report, and we will make a request to your health insurer that they provide further cover. If this is approved, then the insurer will also pay the costs of a second series of treatments. For any further series, the same procedure applies.

You have the right to make your own choice of physiotherapist. Discuss it with your doctor, who will then put you in contact with your preferred physiotherapist.

If you choose our practice, then your doctor will gladly refer you to us. This referral is simultaneously a seal of quality approval, since your doctor only works with qualified specialists.

Physiotherapists are bound to confidentiality with regard to everything entrusted to them in the scope of the treatment. Your permission is thus required for any and all information requested by insurers or officials about the treatment or about the patient. With regard to the doctor who made the referral, this confidentiality is lifted.

All of our patients can view their own reports and treatment documents at any time – transparency is the basis of trust.

We charge our services directly to your health or accident insurer.

You will find more information under “Prices and Services” – or ask us directly.

Private and self-paying patients

You can also make an appointment with us directly, without a doctor’s prescription. In so doing, you accept the responsibility to pay the bill, which we send directly to your private address.

You will find our treatment rates under “Prices and Services”.

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you are not able to keep an appointment. This will allow us to reschedule the appointment without difficulty. Appointments which have not been appropriately rescheduled or cancelled will be charged at full cost.
